About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable specialist at A&E Plumbing, Heating & Air in Gresham, OR. This role is an integral part of our finance department and is responsible for managing the company's financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconciling invoices and ensuring timely payments
Handling customer billing and collections
Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:

Prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
